PricewaterhouseCoopers Implements DocuClass

PricewaterhouseCoopers(Peru) implements DocuClass across multiple departments in order to reduce costs by an estimated 30% in logistics operations, use of space and information search and retrieval.

DocuClass thus far has been implemented in Legal, Tax, and Quality Assurance. Future plans indicate desired automation of additional processes to reach a goal of 40% in cost reduction.

Two additional departments leveraging DocuClass technology are Outsourcing (where PwC is able to manage all client documentation and approval processes utilizing versioning control, amongst other DocuClass functionality) and Human Resources (through DocuClass, PwC manages employee documentation beginning with the hiring process, through ensuring proper licensing is current). The entire contract life cycle is also able to be optimized though the use of DocuClass

The software is functional and user-friendly, and has allowed us to optimize and automate manual processes. I estimate that it has resulted in a cost reduction of about 30% in logistics operations, use of space and information search and retrieval; as we go forward automating other processes with DocuClass, we expect cost reduction reaching up to 40%."
