CIMA Software Logistics 2signed a contract with ELAIS – Unilever Hellas to install & support DocuClass eLogistics in a Cloud environment. The project aims to optimize and automate all logistics processes related to the recognition, automatic electronic archival and verification of invoices / shipping notes signed from their recipients (Proof of Delivery – PoD), to monitor shipments delivery status (Information of Delivery – IoD), to timely manage any process exception and generate automatically metrics & KPI’s of all related processes An important challenge of the project is the combination and unification of information and data originating from diferent internal systems and multiple 3PL providers the company works with ELAIS – Unilever Hellas is a leading company in the non-durable consumer goods space, with products portfolio in the areas of Food, the Home and Personal Care and Health

Using the eLogistics platform ELAIS – Unilever Hellas gain an in time overall picture for all deliveries and possible exceptions – regardless of the cooperating 3PL or shipping point, while reducing internal administration costs of all relevant processes and improving services to its customers.
