Background
San Fernando sought to optimize its Accounts Payable process through a solution that would enable:
- Automated receipt of electronic invoices from suppliers
- Seamless validation of invoices with SUNAT (Peru’s tax authority)
- Streamlined automation of the invoice approval workflow
- Full integration with its internal ERP system (SAP)

Next Steps
We are currently in the midst of implementing SUNAT’s new requirement, which will allow us to register acceptance or rejection of electronic invoices directly within the DocuClass Payables interface.
We are also evaluating the possibility of expanding with the DocuClass Supplier Portal, with the goal of managing the entire Accounts Payable lifecycle through DocuClass Payables.
